Shipping creases are temporary — will fade over time
Because the Tyvek shade may be folded for shipping. some lamps may arrive with slight creases. These are temporary and will naturally fade over time once installed. as the material smooths with exposure to light and warmth.

Lamp doesn't light up after installation? Check the terminals
If the lamp does not light up. double-check the electrical connections. Ensure the positive (+) terminal is connected to the positive wire and the negative (−) terminal to the negative wire. Reversing the terminals will prevent the lamp from lighting up.

- Three-colour changed by switch version: Controlled by a standard wall switch(not included), allowing you to adjust the color temperature of the light. This version does not have a memory function. Each time the light is turned on, it will reset to the default setting.
